Mortgage and loan application
In this second step you do not have to worry about direct contact with the bank, since we have a direct cooperation with Nordea and with different financiers.
This allows me as an agent, to represent you in all the necessary procedures for your mortgage loan application, negotiating the interest rate, being present at the meeting for a loan plan and completing the necessary documents for this transaction.

Choosing a property
Once the mortgage loan has been approved, we will go over the most important requirements you are looking for in your new home and establish your needs. For example, the location and size of the property and if you require access to public transport, schools or shopping centers.
Then we will give you various options of properties on or off the market that you will have the opportunity to visit. They will meet the agreed requirements and in addition, you will get the statistics on the latest sales together with an evaluation on the property and sector that you are interested in.
In this step you do not have to worry about communicating with the seller’s real estate agent. We will take care of all the dialogue with them and also represent you in the bidding.

Signing of the contract
Before signing the contract, we will review the information of the chosen property and go through all the documents sent by the seller’s agent, which will be signed with the seller.
We will also contact the bank, to confirm that all the documents presented are in order and if your chosen property can be approved.

Finally… Handing over the keys
At this point we will book a meeting with the bank, in which we will be present in order to carry out a mortgage plan and complete the necessary documents for the transaction of your mortgage loan.
We contact the sellers’s real estate agent and review the documents which will be signed the day the keys are delivered and finalize any other quires you might have. Then it is time to hand over the keys and for you to have access to your new home!
